Small work, by the piece
Two kinds of small pastry that work well together on one table: choux with a fresh filling and cupcakes with a swirl. Both ordered by the piece.
You give the number for each kind. It does not have to be the same number for both.
The swirl and the finish follow the colour palette of your party.
They arrive in a box, ready to put down. The choux are filled just before delivery, so the pastry stays crisp.
Choux pastry with a crisp layer, filled fresh with cremeux and finished with fruit. Raspberry and lemon are the ones Anka makes most often; another flavour or colour we discuss beforehand.

A soft cake with a swirl of buttercream. Red velvet with raspberry, mango and praline, and the swirl can follow the theme of a children’s party.
